Realjem Estates Private Limited

Realjem Estates Private Limited is located over at No 132/14 on the 3rd floor of Kantha Court. We are right on Lalbhagh Main Road, so there is always something going on outside. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view, but mostly we are just focused on the files on our desks. Bengaluru is a fast place, but inside Kantha Court, things feel a bit more manageable. We have been in this office for a bit now, and we have all the quirks of the building figured out. It is a solid place to work. We don't spend a lot of time worrying about looking polished or professional in that corporate way. We are just regular people who happen to work in real estate. Some days are busier than others, with people coming in and out of the building. We try to keep things organized, though some days the paperwork piles up a bit more than we’d like. It’s a practical space for practical work. We like being centrally located because it makes things easier for everyone. There is no need for fancy talk about what we do. We just handle the business that needs handling. Most of us have lived in Bangalore for years, so we know the area around Lalbhagh like the back of our hand. It is just another day at the office for us.
