Realist Infraventures Private Limited

Realist Infraventures Private Limited is our small outfit based in Hosakerehalli. We are tucked away on the 5th Cross of 7th Main in Dwaraka Nagar. It is a bit of a maze back here if you aren't from this part of Bengaluru. We have been working out of this space for a while now. The neighborhood is mostly families and small shops, so it feels quite local. Our daily routine involves a lot of coordinating between different sites and making sure supplies are where they need to be. It’s not always easy work, especially when the traffic is bad and we have to get across the city. Most of the time, we are just looking at drawings or talking to laborers. We don't go for those big glass offices you see in the tech parks. This place suits us just fine. It’s practical and we are close to the projects we care about. Sometimes the power goes out and we just have to wait it out, that’s just part of life here. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, just doing our bit with the buildings and infrastructure. Every project has its own set of headaches, but we just deal with them as they come up. It's a simple business model really. We keep our heads down and try to stay busy with the work right in front of us.
