Realedge Builders Llp is based out of the 5th floor at No. 10 on 15th Cross. We’re right there by the 100ft Ring Road in JP Nagar, 4th Phase. Being up on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the area, though we’re usually too busy with blueprints to look out the window. Building stuff in a place like JP Nagar is always a challenge because it’s so crowded and fast-paced. We spend our days trying to keep our projects on track, which is easier said than done sometimes. There’s always a shortage of something, or a truck gets stuck in traffic. We don't have a big corporate manual or a lot of rules about how we talk. We just say things like they are. If a project is behind, we admit it and try to catch up. Our team is small but we’ve been around the block a few times. We don't use any fancy marketing tricks. We just show up and do the work. The office is a bit messy with samples of tiles and paint swatches everywhere, but that’s just a sign that we’re working on something. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the 4th Phase over the years. We’re just happy to be one of the builders who are actually from around here, keeping things real and getting the job finished. It’s a lot of noise and dust, but that’s how buildings get made.
