Raucky Security Force Private Limited is basically just a group of us working out of a small office in this part of Bangalore. We’ve been here long enough to know the neighbors and how the streets get during rush hour. Our work is pretty basic—we provide security personnel for different places around the city. It’s a lot of management and making sure our guys are where they need to be. The office is usually stacked with uniforms and logbooks, and there’s almost always someone drinking tea and talking about the night shift. We don’t really do much in the way of fancy advertising. Most people find us because they live nearby or heard about us from someone else. It’s a practical business, and we treat it that way. We aren't some high-tech firm with glowing screens everywhere; it’s more about old-fashioned reliability and showing up. Sometimes the paperwork gets backed up, but we catch up eventually.
