Our place is located over in Kengeri, specifically at 314 in the BHEL Layout. If you know the Pattanagere area, you’ve probably passed by Hemigepura nearby. It’s a busy part of Bangalore, but the layout itself is a bit more settled. We’ve been operating Ratnaraj Gruha Properties Privatelimited from this spot for some time. The office isn’t huge, but it fits what we need. We spend most of our time looking at local property maps and keeping track of who is selling what.
