Sunil Kumar Singh’s family has been around Williams Town for quite some time, and Rati Constructions Private Limited is how we spend our days now. Our office is right by the R.K. Mission area, which is a fairly recognizable landmark for anyone living around here. It isn't a massive corporate setup with glass walls and fancy receptionists, just a regular space where we get our work done. Most mornings start with checking on the crew and making sure the supplies arrived at the sites on time. Being in a place like Williams Town means we know the neighbors and the local shops pretty well. We don't really do the whole big marketing thing because most people just find us through word of mouth or by seeing our trucks parked near the mission. Construction can be a messy business with all the dust and the noise, but it's what we know how to do. Sometimes the rain slows us down or a delivery gets stuck in traffic, which is just part of life in this town. We just try to finish what we started and move on to the next job without making too much of a fuss. If you walk past the office, you’ll probably see a few of us sitting around a desk covered in blueprints and tea cups. It’s a simple operation, really. We just focus on the buildings and the brickwork, making sure everything is standing straight at the end of the day.
