Rare Cob Buildcon Private Limited is based out of Villa M7 in the Chaithanya Samarpan complex in Kannamangala. It’s a bit of a different setup since we are located within a residential area of Bangalore, but it works well for us. It keeps things quiet and lets us focus on our construction and building work. We aren't a giant company with hundreds of employees. We are a dedicated group that takes our projects seriously. Most of our day is spent coordinating with site managers or checking on the quality of materials being delivered. Being in Kannamangala means we are tucked away a bit, but we are still very much involved in the building scene around Bangalore. We started this company because we wanted to do things our own way, without all the corporate red tape. We don't have a marketing department or anyone to write fancy brochures for us. We just rely on the work we’ve done and the people we know. Sometimes things get hectic, especially when we have several projects going at once, but we stay organized at our Villa M7 office. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just want to build good structures that last.
