Our place, RANURA DEVELOPERS PRIVATE LIMITED, is at 38/2, Marappa Thota. We are on the 1st Cross of Church Road in J C Nagar, Bangalore. It’s a busy part of town, 560006 to be exact. The office is just a regular building tucked away in the cross streets. We don't have a big glass front or any of those modern office features. It’s just a place where we keep our records and meet with people to talk about work. J C Nagar is always full of life, so there is usually the sound of horns and people talking coming through the windows. The office itself is pretty basic. We have some desks, a couple of cupboards for all our files, and a few chairs that have seen better days. It is a functional space for us to manage our developer projects. We don’t go in for fancy decorations or anything that looks too corporate. We are just regular people working in the construction and development sector. Sometimes the 1st Cross gets a bit crowded with parked scooters, so you might have to walk a little bit to get to the door. We like it here because it feels like a real part of Bangalore, not some isolated tech park. We just show up every morning, get the fans going, and start working through the tasks we have for the day.
