Ranosa Pharmaceutical is located in the S.L.N Complex, which is at 847/1442/3. We are in Neharunagar, right next to the SBI Bank and the Post Office in Yelahanka Old Town. Having the bank and post office as neighbors is actually quite convenient for all the daily errands we have to run. This part of Bangalore has a very traditional feel to it. Our office is a busy place. We are always surrounded by boxes and papers. We handle various pharmaceutical products and spend most of our time coordinating where they need to go. It’s not a very quiet office, as we are always talking to each other or on the phone. The complex is a bit older, but it serves us well. We don't go in for fancy decorations or expensive furniture. We just have what we need to get the job done. The landmark of being next to the bank helps people find us easily enough. We have a small team and everyone knows their role. There’s no corporate ladder here, just people working together. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the generator, but we just use that time to have a coffee. It’s a local business through and through. We focus on the task at hand and try to stay organized in the middle of all the bustle. Most of us have been working here since the start, so it feels like home.
