We have our office for R&Y Builders And Developers Private Limited in Hemanth Nagar. It’s tucked away at No.37 on the ground floor of the 1st Main, right on 1st Street. If you’re familiar with this part of Bangalore, you know it’s a neighborhood that’s always seeing some kind of construction. We’ve been working out of this spot for a while now. Our office isn't anything fancy; it’s just a practical space where we can meet people and look over building plans. We do a lot of local development work. Sometimes it’s a small house project and other times it’s something bigger. We don't go for the big marketing campaigns or flashy brochures. We prefer to let the work we do speak for itself. Most of our clients come to us because a friend or a neighbor recommended us. We like it that way because it builds trust. Building anything in a city like Bangalore can be a real challenge with all the regulations and the logistics. We try to handle all that so the owners don't have to worry too much. We’re just a bunch of regular people who know how to build things properly. We’ve spent years getting to know the local suppliers and workers around here. If you drop by the office, you’ll probably see us covered in a bit of dust from a site visit. That’s just part of the job for us at R&Y and we just keep moving forward.
