Ramavari Constructions Private Limited

We are over at No. 17 on the First Main in Vijayashreepura. If you know the area, it’s a pretty quiet spot most days, though the First Cross can get a bit tight with parking sometimes. Ramavari Constructions has been operating out of this small office for a while now. Most of our days are spent dealing with blueprints, talk about cement prices, and checking in on different sites around town. It’s not always glamorous work. There’s a lot of dust involved and phone calls that go on for way too long. We try to keep things simple here. My desk is usually covered in papers and half-empty tea cups. That’s just how it goes when you’re busy with builds. The staff here is small, just a few of us who have been in the construction game for years. We know the local regulations and how things work in this part of Bangalore. When people stop by the office, they usually find us looking over maps or talking to contractors on speakerphone. It’s a practical setup. We don't have fancy leather chairs or a big reception area, just the stuff we need to get the jobs done. Vijayashreepura is a good home for us because it’s central enough to reach the projects we have going on. Sometimes the internet acts up when it rains, but we manage. If you’re looking for the office, just watch for the number 17 sign. We’re usually here by nine.
