You can find us over on Hosa Road near Electronics City. The official address is quite long and confusing with all the khata numbers and old door numbers like 64 and 84. We are situated in Naganatha Pura in the Vinayaka Nagar area. It is a growing neighborhood with a lot of construction work happening all the time. Our days start very early, usually before the sun is even up. We have to get the milk boiling and the sugar syrups ready for the sweets. We make a lot of different snacks and savories that people like to grab on their way to work. The frying section gets really hot by noon but we just keep going. We have glass counters where we display everything we made that morning. Sometimes we run out of the popular items by evening and we have to tell people to come back tomorrow. The road outside, Doddanagamangala Road, is often dusty because of the trucks going towards the IT hubs. We spend a a lot of time cleaning the glass and sweeping the front area. We don't have a marketing department or a social media manager. We just put the trays out and hope people like what they see. It is a family-run kind of vibe where everyone chips in with the cooking and the cleaning. There is always someone washing a pan or packing a box.
