It used to be a much quieter place, but now there are shops and people everywhere you look. Our office is a very straightforward place to work. We are not trying to win any awards for how our workspace looks. It is just a room with several desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We focus on developing our projects properly without making a big scene about it. Most of our staff live right here in the neighborhood, so we have a good understanding of the local area. We do not have a big budget for marketing or fancy advertisements. Usually, people find out about us just by seeing our name around or hearing from someone else. We spend a lot of our time talking to contractors and making sure that all the materials are where they should be. It is a lot of small details that have to be watched closely every day. Sometimes things do not go exactly the way we planned, but we just fix the problem and keep going. We do not use corporate talk or try to sound polished.
