Raji Chit Fund Private Limited

Our office for Raji Chit Fund is in a residential part of Bangalore called Thindlu, specifically in the Vidyaranyapura area. We are located at 71, 1st Cross, 1st Main in Hanumanth Layout. It’s a lot quieter here than the central parts of the city. You mostly hear the sounds of the neighborhood, like dogs barking or the vegetable vendors going by in the morning. The office is basically a small converted space on the ground floor. We like being in a layout because it feels more like a community. Most of the people who participate in our chits are from the nearby streets. They just walk over when it’s time for the monthly meeting or to pay their installments. We keep the doors open usually to let some air in. Inside, it’s just the basics—some tables, a couple of plastic chairs for visitors, and our record books. We spend the day checking entries and making sure the cash tallies up. It’s a lot of responsibility, so we try not to get distracted. Sometimes neighbors stop by just to say hello even if they don't have business with the chit fund that day. It’s that kind of place. We’ve been in this Hanumanth Layout spot for a long time, so everyone knows the house number 71. It’s simple, and it works for what we do.
