RAJARAJESHWARI BUILDING AND ESTATES PRIVATE LIMITED

Our office is over in Gidadakonenahalli, near the RTO. It’s at No. 281 in the 8th Block. Rajarajeshwari Building and Estates has been around this part of Bangalore for some time. Muddinapalya Main Road is usually pretty packed. We spend our time working on building projects and looking at real estate. It's not a glamorous job. There is a lot of waiting around for approvals and dealing with contractors. We have a small team here. We all live fairly close to the office. It makes things easier when we have to stay late. We don't have a big mission statement or anything like that. We just want to get the buildings finished on time. Sometimes things go wrong, like a delivery is late or the weather doesn't cooperate. We just deal with it as it comes. The office is a practical space. We keep our tools and our documents there. It's a bit dusty because of all the construction nearby. We like being in this part of town. It feels real. We know the local shops and the people around the RTO. We aren't trying to be the biggest company out there. We just want to keep doing our work and making sure we stay on track with our projects every month. It's a lot of hard work but we are used to the pace of things by now in this neighborhood.
