Rainmatter Land Development Private Limited

Our office is situated at No.153/154 in the 4th Phase of JP Nagar, specifically in the Dollars Colony area. We are right across the street from Clarence Public School, so it is usually quite busy when school lets out. Rainmatter Land Development Private Limited is the name we operate under. We deal with exactly what it says: land development. It’s a lot of planning and checking on sites to make sure everything is being done the right way. Being in JP Nagar is great because it’s a nice neighborhood, but the traffic on 4th Cross can be a bit much sometimes. Our space is pretty casual; we aren't wearing suits every day or anything like that. We just focus on the work that needs to be done. Most of our days are spent on the phone or looking at maps and site plans. We’ve been at this spot for a while and have seen the neighborhood grow around us. We aren't a massive firm, just a group of people who know land development and want to do a decent job. Sometimes things go wrong with permits or construction delays, but we just work through them. We aren't into fancy marketing talk, we just prefer to let the projects speak for themselves once they are finished. The office usually has a layer of dust on the windows from the road work outside, but we don't mind much. We are more focused on what is happening on the drawing board. It’s just us.
