Our business, RAGHU-URBAN NIDHI LIMITED, sits right in the middle of Mamulpete. We share the space with Sharief and Rao Ventures. If you know Bangalore 560053, you know how crowded and busy these streets get. It’s a lot of noise and movement outside, but inside our office, we just focus on the numbers. We handle savings and small financial matters for the traders and residents around the market. The building is old, like most things in this part of town, but it works for what we need. We don't have a lot of space, so things are a bit cramped with all the ledgers and chairs. People drop in all day long while they are out doing their shopping or running their own shops nearby. It’s a very hands-on job. We spend a lot of time talking to customers across the counter. Sometimes we have to shout over the traffic noise from the street. We don't use any fancy systems, just honest work and keeping track of who owes what and who has saved what. It’s a community thing, really. Many of our customers have been coming to this same spot for years. We aren't trying to be a big global bank. We are just a local Nidhi office in a busy market area. If you come by, expect it to be loud and a bit chaotic outside, but we are always here at our desks. That is just how life is in Mamulpete.
