At No. 330 in OMBR Layout, Ragapride India Realty Llp has its home on 4th A Cross. OMBR used to be a very quiet place, but it has really changed in the last few years. New apartment buildings are going up everywhere you look. Our office is just a basic room in a regular building, nothing flashy at all. We don't even have a big sign out front. Most of our clients are people from the layout who see us around. We mostly handle sales and rentals in this north part of the city. This involves a lot of site visits and making sure the ownership papers are correct. We aren't a corporate giant, just a small team that knows these streets. 4th A Cross is a decent place to work because it isn't too noisy. Most days, we sit and drink coffee while looking through the new listings. We might spend hours talking to an owner about their property’s history. We don't like to rush into things. Providing clear information is what we do, and then we let people make their own choices. It’s a lot of walking and a lot of time spent on the phone, but it keeps us involved with the neighborhood. Our desks are a bit old, but they hold all our files just fine for now.
