Radience Buildtech Private Limited has its main spot on the 12th floor of the Smondo building on Neo Town Road. It’s quite high up, giving us a good view of the Bangalore South area, but mostly we are looking down at the construction projects we have going on. Neo Town is a busy place, and being in a high-rise like this is a bit different from a street-level shop. We do a lot of tech-heavy building work, which is why we have "Buildtech" in the name. It’s more than just laying bricks; there’s a lot of planning involved in the structures we work on. We spend our days mostly in meetings or on the phone with suppliers. Sometimes we have to go down to the sites in the heat and dust, which is a big change from the air-conditioned office. We’ve been around for a while now, and we’ve seen how much this part of Bangalore has changed. Our team is a mix of people who know the technical stuff and people who know how to get things built on the ground. We don't really do the whole corporate polish thing. Our office is full of files and folders because we prefer to have everything on paper where we can see it. It can get a bit hectic when we have multiple projects finishing at the same time, but we manage to get through it by just taking it day by day.
