Rachisu Constructions Private Limited is based at Santrupti Nilaya. That’s at 32E, 4th Main Road in Mathikere, Bangalore 560054. We’ve been operating from this spot for a while now. Mathikere is a busy neighborhood with a lot of narrow streets, which can make getting construction materials delivered quite a task. Our office is just a regular building where we handle all our planning and paperwork. We are a private limited company, so we have to stay on top of all the legal requirements. Our team is mostly made up of local people who know the construction business well. We don't have a fancy reception desk or any corporate decorations. We’d rather spend our money on the actual construction projects. Most of our days are spent at sites or talking to suppliers. Construction is hard work and things don't always go according to plan. We just try to be honest about it and solve problems as they come up. We don't use promotional language or make big claims. We just build houses and other structures. Sometimes the office gets a bit chaotic with all the plans and files, but we know where everything is. We are just a local construction firm doing our job day by day. It’s practical work and it keeps us busy. We like being part of the Mathikere community.
