Our workspace is in Flat 302 on the third floor of Balaji Residency. We are located at number 45, right on the 13th Cross and 10th Main in Malleswaram. It’s a well-known part of the city, and we like the old Bangalore feel of this neighborhood. R2I Consulting Private Limited has been based here for some time now. The building is a typical residential-commercial mix, which suits us just fine. Being on the third floor gives us a bit of a view of the trees Malleswaram is famous for. We do consulting work, mostly helping people sort out their business plans and operational issues. It’s a busy area with the markets nearby, so there is always a lot of energy. We don't have a huge staff, just a dedicated group of people who know their way around consulting. The 13th Cross can get a bit crowded with parked cars, but that’s just life in Malleswaram. We keep our office pretty casual. There’s usually some tea going and a lot of papers scattered around. We started this company because we wanted to offer practical help to others in the industry. It’s not about being the biggest; it’s just about being reliable. People usually find us because they’ve heard we do a decent job. We’ve grown fond of this little corner in Balaji Residency. It feels like home after all these years of working in Malleswaram. It is a good place to be.
