We are based at number 41 on 4th B Cross in the Koramangala Industrial Area, 5th Block. Koramangala is a place where there’s always something happening, and the industrial area has its own busy vibe. Our academy is focused on leadership, but we don't do it in a stuffy, corporate way. The office is a practical space where we hold our sessions and do our daily planning. It’s got a bit of an industrial feel to it, which we actually like. There are workshops and other small businesses all around us. We have a few rooms set up for training, with basic tables and chairs. We aren't interested in having the flashiest office in Bangalore. We’d rather spend our time making sure the materials we provide are actually useful. The street outside can get quite crowded with delivery trucks and people on bikes, so it’s always lively. We don't have a marketing team or big slogans. Most people who come here are looking for real advice on how to handle their work life and lead their teams better. We just offer what we’ve learned over the years. It’s a small operation, and we like keeping it that way so we can talk to everyone who walks through the door. It’s just a group of us working hard in a busy part of town.
