QOLAR NIDHI LIMITED

Our office is over on the second floor of a building on Dasarahalli Main Road, near Hebbal in Bangalore. Specifically, it’s Khatha No 42/4, Property No 81. It’s a bit of a climb up the stairs, but it’s a good spot once you get there. QOLAR NIDHI LIMITED is the name on the board outside. Since we are in the Hebbal area, it gets quite noisy with all the traffic and the growth happening around here. Inside, it’s just us trying to stay organized with all the Nidhi company rules and paperwork. We handle savings and small loans for our members. It’s a lot of typing on the computer and double-checking the numbers in the ledger. We aren't some big corporate office with a receptionist in a suit. Usually, you just walk in and one of us will look up from the desk. We spend a lot of time talking to folks who live in the apartments and houses nearby. It’s about keeping things moving and making sure the members get what they need without a lot of trouble. We don't have a lot of time for fancy decorations. We just have our files, our coffee, and the work in front of us. It’s a straightforward business and we like it that way. Even with all the construction outside, we keep the office running as best as we can. It’s a busy life, but it’s what we know. We just focus on the task and get through the day.
