Q-Con Builders And Developers Private is located on the first floor of Sona Tapovan. We are right on 18th Cross in Vijayanagar, which is a busy part of Bangalore. The building is at number 169. If you walk up the stairs, you will find us there. It is a typical local office with some old cupboards and a lot of blueprints spread out on the tables. We have been in this area for a while, so we know the neighborhood quite well. The traffic on 18th Cross can be a bit of a nightmare in the evenings, but we are used to the noise by now. Most of our work involves checking on sites and making sure the materials are being delivered. We aren't big on fancy meetings or long presentations. Usually, it is just us and some contractors sitting around a table with some coffee. We talk about the walls, the plumbing, and the delays that always seem to happen. It is just a regular job for everyone here. We try to keep things moving as fast as we can, but things take time in this business. Sometimes people drop by just to chat about the local property prices or see what we are working on. We don't have any big marketing team or anything like that. It is just a few of us trying to get the buildings finished and moving on to the next one. We do what we can.
