We have been running Punarpoosam Health Foods Kitchen Service Private Limited for a while now over on Link Road. It is tucked away on the first floor of the Sree Raghavendra Complex, right near 3rd Cross in Malleswaram. This part of Bangalore is always moving, but our kitchen keeps a steady pace. We handle food prep and kitchen services mainly. It gets quite noisy some days with all the equipment going, but that is just how it is. Our spot at #184 is easy to find once you get off the main road. The stairs up to the first floor are a bit narrow, but we manage. We aren't some big corporate office with a lobby. It is just a workspace where we get the orders ready. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad, which is a relief in this city. Dealing with health foods means we spend a lot of time checking ingredients and keeping everything tidy. It is hard work, honestly. We don't have a fancy marketing team or anything. We just show up and do the job. The kitchen is where everything happens. Sometimes the weather makes it humid inside, but we keep the fans going. It is a simple operation. We just want to make sure the food is handled right before it goes out. That's basically the daily life for us here in Malleswaram. We drink a lot of coffee to stay awake.
