Puddingjar Food Private Limited is tucked away in Yelahanka. We are specifically at Survey No.15/3 and 15/4 in Thirumenahalli, near the Jakkur Post. It's a bit of a drive from the city center, but it's much quieter out here. We deal with food, so our days are filled with kitchen smells and checking temperatures. The building isn't anything special to look at, just a functional space for what we need to do. We started this because we liked the idea of making things ourselves. It's not always easy work. Sometimes the equipment breaks down or a shipment shows up late and we have to scramble. We just deal with it as it comes. There’s no big marketing team here, just a few of us who care about the jars we fill and send out. We spend a lot of time in our aprons. The floors are always being mopped. We like the Jakkur area because it still has some trees left and feels a bit more open. It’s a bit more peaceful than the middle of Bangalore. We don't have a mission statement on the wall. We just have a list of what needs to be made for the day. If you come by, you might find us in the middle of a big batch. We’re just regular people trying to run a food business and pay the bills. It's a lot of work but it's ours.
