We are based out of Raghuram Regency, right on MSR Road in Bangalore North. Our unit is number 303. It's a decent spot, though the stairs can be a bit much if the lift is acting up, which happens once in a while. Being in the North part of the city means we see a lot of the newer developments going up. We handle property stuff, mostly helping folks find a place to live or invest in. It’s a lot of talking on the phone and checking documents. We don't have a big marketing department or anything like that. It’s just a few of us sitting at our desks, trying to make sense of the real estate market. The area around MSR Road stays quite busy with students and hospital traffic, so there’s always something happening outside the window. We’ve been at this for a bit now. We aren't trying to be the biggest company in the city, just a local one that knows the area well. If you come by, you’ll probably find us looking over maps or drinking coffee. We tell people what we know about the local buildings and land. It’s honest work. Sometimes things go smoothly and sometimes there are delays with the paperwork, but we just take it one day at a time. The office is a bit crowded with files, but we know where everything is. We keep a small fridge for cold water because it gets stuffy in the summer. It is just a regular office life for us.
