Prowdi Developers Private Limited is tucked away on the 4th Cross of New Byapanahalli in Indiranagar. If you know Bangalore, you know Indiranagar is always packed with people and cars. Our office is at number 22. It is a bit of a tight squeeze on the street sometimes, especially when the delivery trucks come through. Inside, it is just a normal workspace where we handle all the developer tasks. We spend a lot of time on our computers and talking to the guys out in the field. There is always a lot of noise coming from the main roads nearby, but we have gotten used to it. We don't have any fancy mission statements or anything like that. We just come in, drink some coffee, and get to work on the projects. Sometimes the site visits take all day and we don't even get back to the office until late. It is a lot of checking on materials and making sure the permits are all in order. We have a small team here, so we all know what everyone else is doing. It can get a bit hectic when we have multiple things going on at once. We just try to keep everything straight and avoid making mistakes with the paperwork. It is just a regular local business, and we are just trying to keep things moving along steadily. We just deal with whatever comes up during the week.
