Our work is mostly focused on various services for other businesses. We don't really have a specialty that we shout about; we just handle whatever comes across our desks. The office has a very lived-in feel to it. There are files everywhere and the tea kettle is usually running. We aren't the type of place that cares about fancy suits or big meetings. We just want to get the work finished so our clients are happy. Being in Shantinagar means we are close to a lot of other businesses, so there is always a lot of movement around Pearson Nest. It’s a good spot for us. Our team is small, just a few people who have worked together for a while. We know how each other works, which makes things easier. We don't use any complicated management styles. We just talk to each other and get things sorted. It’s a practical way to run a business and it has worked for us so far. No fluff, just work. We usually head out by six and come back early the next day.
