Propthunder Realty Private Limited

Our office at Propthunder Realty Private Limited is right on the ground floor at Skanda Park View, which is Flat No. 001. We are situated over in JP Nagar 5th Phase, specifically on the corner where 15th Main meets 17th Cross. It is a nice enough spot, though the parking on the street can be a real headache sometimes if you arrive too late in the morning. We have been working out of this flat for a bit, and it feels more like a home than a stiff office building. Most days are spent looking at property papers and talking to people who are trying to buy or sell something around the city. We don't have any big speeches or flashy brochures to show you. We just know the local roads and which buildings have issues and which ones are solid. People usually find us because they live nearby or they heard about us from a neighbor. We keep the kettle going for tea and try to stay on top of the local real estate changes. JP Nagar has changed a lot since we started, with new shops popping up all over the 15th Main road. It is a busy life, but we prefer it this way. We just do the work that comes across our desks and try to stay organized, even when things get a bit hectic with all the different phone calls coming in from the neighborhood.
