You can find us over in Koramangala, on the fourth floor of the KMC Arcade right on the 100Ft Inner Ring Road. It’s a pretty active part of Bangalore, so there’s always somewhere to grab a quick bite or a coffee. We handle property ventures, which is a fancy way of saying we help people find land or manage what they already have. Our office is number 16. It’s usually a bit of a mess with maps spread out everywhere and people talking on their mobiles. We’ve been here in Karnataka for a while, and we know this neighborhood like the back of our hand. It gets loud with the traffic on the ring road, but you get used to it after a week or two. We aren't the type to wear suits and ties every day. It’s more of a jeans and shirts kind of place. We spend a lot of time driving around to look at different plots or meeting with folks who have questions about their investments. Sometimes the power goes out and we just sit around talking until the backup kicks in. It’s just how it is. We try to be practical about things. Real estate can be a headache, so we just try to make sense of the mess for whoever walks through our door. It’s a busy life, but we like being in the middle of everything here in Koramangala. The breeze on the fourth floor is actually quite nice.
