Property Rush Developers Private Limited is located over at No. 17/1 on the Sahakarnagar Main Road. It is near the Kodigehalli side of things. Sahakar Nagar is a nice part of Bangalore, lots of trees and families around. Our office is right there on the main road so we see a lot of people passing by every day. We do property development, which involves a lot of looking at land and talking to people about what they want to build. It is not always easy because there are so many rules to follow in this city. We spend a lot of time at government offices or out on dusty sites checking on progress. The team here is pretty small, just a few of us who have been doing this for a long time. We don't really have a fancy website or a big PR team. We just talk to people face to face. If you come by the office, you will probably see us drinking tea and looking over some site plans. We try to be as clear as possible with people because property can be confusing. We aren't trying to change the world or anything, we just want to develop good properties that people actually want to use. It is hard work but it feels good when a project finally gets finished and you can see the result.
