We are based in Wilson Garden, on 9th Main, at number 259. It’s a pretty established part of Bangalore South. We've been here for a while now. The building is older but it serves us well. We do property stuff, mostly helping people navigate the local market here. It’s not like those big firms with glass walls. We have wooden desks and fans that squeak a bit. There’s a lot of paper moving across the desks every day. We know the streets around here like the back of our hand. Prop Panther is just a name we came up with, but really it's just three of us and a runner. We spend a lot of time at the sub-registrar's office or walking through sites in the sun. It can be exhausting. Our address is easy to find if you know the 560030 area. We don't have a receptionist, so if the phone rings, one of us just grabs it. Usually, we are out showing houses or checking land boundaries. We don't write big reports with fancy words. We just tell people the facts. If a roof is leaking, we say it. If the title is messy, we explain why. It’s just how we do things. Bangalore is expensive, so we try to find deals that make sense for regular folks. We usually close up around six to head home. The traffic can be bad, so we don't linger.
