Prop Genius Realty Private Limited is located at C/O #7 on the 5th Main road in K.R Garden, which is part of the Murgeshpalya area here in Bangalore. It is a relatively small setup, which is how we like it because we can actually hear ourselves think. We are not one of those massive companies with hundreds of employees you never meet. It is just a few of us here. We spend our time looking into property details and helping people who wander into the office or give us a call about local places. K.R Garden is a decent area, though it can get a bit noisy with the local traffic and people going about their business. We don't have a big marketing department or anyone to write fancy scripts for us. We just tell people what we know about the local houses and land. Sometimes we don't have the answer right away, so we have to go out and look it up or ask around the neighborhood. It is a practical way to work. The office is pretty basic with just the essentials—desks, chairs, and a lot of notebooks. We have been in Murgeshpalya long enough to know the shortcuts and which tea stall has the best snacks. We just keep our heads down and do the work that needs doing without making a big fuss about it. We are usually here from early morning until the sun goes down.
