Projexcel Developers Private Limited

Our office is located at No. 06, G.M. Pearl, in the 1st Stage, 1st Phase of BTM Layout. If you know Bangalore, you know BTM is a pretty busy area with lots of people moving around. Projexcel Developers Private Limited is basically just us working out of this space. It is a simple setup on the first stage. We have some desks, some chairs, and plenty of files stacked up. It’s not a fancy corporate office with glass walls or a big lobby. It’s just a place where we get our work done every day. We handle a lot of the planning and the boring paperwork that goes into construction projects around here. Sometimes it gets a bit noisy because of the traffic outside, but we are used to it by now. The team is small, and we usually have someone around to answer the phone while others are out at the sites. We’ve been here for a while and have seen the neighborhood change quite a bit. There are always new shops opening up. We don't really do big advertisements or anything like that. Most of our time is spent looking at drawings or talking to contractors on the phone. It’s a lot of coordination and making sure things are moving. The office is a bit cramped when everyone is in at once, but we make it work. It feels like a real local business because that’s what we are. We just focus on the projects.
