Our office is on the ground floor, G2, at No.199(5) & 9 in Brindavan Nagar. We are right on the 16th Main in Mathikere, which is a pretty lively spot. Being on the ground floor is nice because we don't have to deal with elevators, but we do hear all the street noise from the passing cars. We do intellectual property consulting at Pro Intellectual Consultant Services Private Limited, which involves a lot of reading through legal documents and filling out forms. It’s the kind of work that requires a lot of patience and attention to detail. The office has a few desks and a lot of filing cabinets. We try to keep things tidy, but with all the folders it’s a bit of a struggle most of the time. We’ve got a small group of consultants who have been doing this for years. We aren't here to give anyone a sales pitch; we just handle the filings and the research that people need for their inventions. Mathikere is a good neighborhood with lots of places to grab a quick snack during our afternoon breaks. Most of our day is spent at the computer or on the phone with the patent office. It’s not a fast-paced environment, but it’s steady work. We like being part of the community here and helping out local inventors and businesses with their complicated paperwork. It’s just honest work that keeps us busy from morning till evening.
