You can find us at the IIITB Innovation Centre. It’s tucked away on 1st Main Road in Phase 1, Bangalore South. Being in an innovation center sounds a bit more grand than it actually feels on a Tuesday morning. It’s a lot of hallways and people with laptops looking busy. Pristine Social Media Solutions is our little corner of that world. We’ve got some desks pushed together and a lot of notebooks scattered around. The 560100 zip code area is pretty tech-heavy, so there’s always something going on nearby. We don’t have a giant logo on the wall or anything like that. Most of the time, we’re just focusing on social media stuff, trying to keep up with how everything changes so fast. The air conditioning is usually a bit too cold, so most of us keep a sweater at our desks even when it’s hot outside. We aren’t big on jargon or making things sound more complicated than they are. It’s just about getting the posts right and making sure things are running okay. Lunch is usually a quick affair, sometimes brought from home or grabbed from a nearby place. It’s a steady pace here. We like the fact that it’s professional but not stuffy. We just put our heads down and get through the tasks one by one without making a big fuss about it.
