Our office is over in Jayanagar 3rd Block, which is a pretty nice part of South Bangalore. We are on the third floor of Nadathur Place on 8th Main. If you’ve spent any time in Jayanagar, you know it’s got those old trees and lots of parks, though finding parking near the office can be a bit of a headache sometimes. We deal with properties around this side of the city. Most of us grew up around here, so we remember how the streets looked before all the new buildings went up. It’s a small team here. We spend a lot of our time looking at flats and commercial spaces for people who want to stay in South Bangalore. It’s not a fast-paced corporate environment. We usually have tea around eleven and talk about what’s moving in the market. The office is simple, nothing too flashy, just what we need to get the work done. People come by to ask about rentals or buying something permanent. We try to give them the straight story on what a place is actually like, instead of just what the photos show. Sometimes the traffic on 8th Main makes us late for meetings, but that’s just life in Bangalore. We like being in this neighborhood because it feels more like a community than a business hub. It's just a regular day-to-day operation here. We have a few dusty plants in the corner and some old maps on the wall that show how the layout used to be. It feels like home to us.
