PRIMECO RESORTS & HOTELS LLP

We are Primeco Resorts & Hotels and we work out of Sarjapur Road. Our office is on the 5th floor in a building in Ambalipura Village, which is part of Varthur Hobli. The survey number is 8/2. It’s a part of Bangalore that has changed a lot lately with all the new buildings and people moving in. We manage resorts and hotels from up here. Being on the 5th floor gives us a bit of a view of the traffic below. It’s usually just a few of us in the office every day. We don't have a big corporate lobby or a bunch of receptionists. We just answer our own phones and handle the emails as they come through. It’s a lot of logistics, making sure things are where they should be at the properties. We’ve been in this spot for a while now. The elevator in the building is a bit slow, so we have to plan for that. Most of our work is about the small details that guests don't usually see. We talk to vendors and check on staff schedules a lot. It’s honest work and it keeps us busy from Monday to Saturday. We like being in the Sarjapur area because everything we need is pretty close by. It’s a practical place to run a business from. We don't spend much on advertising, we just focus on what’s in front of us at the desk.
