Premium-English For Academic Requirement

We are located in Ulsoor at Unit B4, numbers 57-58 on Osborne Road. The full name we use is Premium-English For Academic Requirement, or PEAR for short. We are an Australasia LLP, but here on the ground, we are just a small team in an office. Osborne Road is a pretty well-known street in this part of Bangalore. Our unit is in a building that has seen better days, but it’s sturdy and keeps the rain out. We have a few rooms for classes and a small area for files and books. It’s a bit of a maze inside sometimes. We don't have any flashy branding or a big lobby. You just walk in and we’re there. We help people with their English requirements, mostly for exams or moving abroad. It’s straightforward work. We aren't trying to change the world; we just want to help people pass their tests. The neighborhood around Ulsoor is quite nice, with the lake not too far away, though we don't get much time to go there. We have our regulars who come in for practice. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to sit by the windows to use the natural light. It’s just how things go. We’ve been at this Osborne Road address for a while and it suits us just fine. It’s quiet enough for studying and getting things done.
