We are based in Whitefield, over at Tapaswiji Info Park. It’s a very busy part of Bangalore, especially with all the big tech companies and the constant construction happening nearby. Pratian Learning and Consulting is located in buildings 184 and 185. Even though we’re in an info park, we try to keep things pretty grounded and simple inside our office. Our space is full of people who just like solving problems and figuring things out. We do a lot of training and consulting work, which means our desks are usually covered in messy notebooks, old coffee mugs, and laptops. The traffic in Whitefield is honestly pretty bad, so we end up spending a lot of time here together. We have a small area in the corner where we sit and eat lunch or talk about stuff that has nothing to do with work. It’s a regular group of folks just trying to do a good job. We don’t have any of those fancy mission statements painted on the walls. We just come in, check our messages, and start helping our clients with whatever they need. Sometimes the power goes out and we have to wait for the backup to kick in, or the internet gets a bit slow during a storm. That’s just how it is working in this part of town. We’ve seen the buildings go up all around us over the years. It’s a straightforward place.
