Prashanth Academy For Career Excellence (Opc) Private Limited is based right here in Bangalore at number 09, 6th Main in the 2nd Stage of KHB Colony. It’s a busy neighborhood and we’ve been part of it for a while now. We mostly focus on helping people get their careers on track. That means a lot of one-on-one talks and looking at resumes. We aren't a big center with hundreds of staff. It’s a smaller operation, which I think people appreciate. It feels more like you’re just talking to a friend who knows the job market. The office is pretty basic—just some chairs, desks, and a lot of notebooks. We don't have any of those fancy motivational posters on the walls. We just get straight to the point. Sometimes the phone rings off the hook and other days it’s quiet enough to hear the birds outside. We started this because we saw too many people getting bad advice. We wanted to provide a place in KHB Colony where you could get a straight answer. It’s not always easy work, and we don't have all the answers, but we try our best with what we know. People stop by on their way home or during their lunch breaks. We just take it as it comes and try to be helpful to the community here. Our printer jams sometimes, but we get the job done eventually.
