Prapad Builders and Developers operates from the ground floor of a building tucked behind Avietha Hospital in Byrathi. Being on Hennur Main Road means there is always a lot of activity and noise from the passing cars and trucks. Our office is at No 6, and it is a simple setup that fits what we do. We spend a lot of our time going back and forth between the office and different project sites around Bangalore. The ground floor location makes it easy for people to drop in, though it gets a bit dusty from all the nearby road work. We have been working in the building and development side of things for some time now. It is not a corporate atmosphere at all. We usually have maps pinned to the walls and a few old chairs for guests. The area around Byrathi is changing so fast with new apartments and shops popping up every month. We see it happening right outside our door. Sometimes it feels like we are constantly fighting for parking space, but we make it work. Our days are filled with phone calls to vendors and checking on labor schedules. It is a basic, honest way to run a business. We do not go for anything flashy. We just need a roof over our heads to manage the logistics and keep the builds on track. It is a busy life, but we like the energy of Hennur.
