This area of Bangalore is incredibly crowded and noisy, but it’s where all the action is. We’ve been involved in developing and building around here for a while. Our office is usually a bit chaotic with maps and permit papers spread out everywhere. Building something in a city like this is never as easy as it looks on paper. There are always issues with the land or the utilities or just getting the trucks into these tight streets. We don't have a polished corporate image. We’re just a group of people who understand how to get things built in this city. We spend our days dealing with contractors and making sure the supplies actually arrive when they say they will. It’s a lot of phone calls and standing around in the sun. We try to be very direct with people. If a job is going to take six months, we won't tell them three. We’ve seen a lot of changes in the 560037 area over the years. We just keep our heads down and focus on the current project.
