If you find yourself in JP Nagar 3rd Phase in Bangalore, you might pass by our place at No 406. We are located on the 5th Cross, 7th Main. The name of the company is Possibilitea Media & Marketing LLP. It’s a busy neighborhood with a lot of small shops and constant traffic. Our office is on one of the floors of the building there. It’s a bit cramped inside because we have a lot of equipment for the media side of things. There are cameras, cables, and tripods sitting in the corners of the rooms. We don't really have a lobby or a front desk, so the main door opens right into the middle of the work area. The noise from the street comes in through the windows all day, but you get used to it after a while. We drink a lot of tea here, which fits the name of the place perfectly. There is a small tea stall just down the road that we visit a few times every day. We have some whiteboards on the walls with various scribbles and notes all over them. It is a messy but productive kind of environment for the team. We don't wear suits or anything corporate like that. Most of us just show up in jeans and get to work. The commute through the Bangalore traffic can be a real headache, so we're usually happy once we finally get inside and sit down at our desks.
