Pollsem Agronomic Private Limited is situated at 677, 13th Cross in the 1st Sector of HSR Layout. Bangalore is always growing and HSR is a big part of that activity. There are a lot of new startups around here, but we just focus on our agronomic work. Our office is a standard layout for this part of the city. We spend our days analyzing data and thinking about how plants grow and how the soil reacts. It is a lot of quiet work interspersed with some loud discussions when we don't agree on a technical point. We have been in this location for a while and we have seen the street change quite a bit over the years. There are many more cafes now but we mostly stick to our own small kitchen for making coffee. The office is filled with books, maps, and folders about agriculture. We don't have a big polished sign out front, just a small nameplate so people know they have the right house number. The team is small and we don't like to waste time on long, boring meetings. We just talk across the room when something needs to be done right away. It is an honest and simple way to work. We have our daily routines and we stick to them. Most of the time we are just busy with the small details of our projects for the month.
