PMRK Construction is based out of Flat 519 in the Nirman's Nydhile Residency. We are located in Gottigere Village, which used to feel like the edge of Bangalore but now it’s getting busy. We set up shop here because it’s a good spot to reach different project sites. Construction is what we do every day. It involves a lot of phone calls to suppliers and making sure the workers at the sites have what they need. Our office isn't anything fancy, just a workspace where we keep our files and meet up to discuss the week's schedule. There’s always something happening, like a truck being late or a permit taking longer than we thought. That’s just part of the life. We don’t try to act like a big corporate office. We’re just a local team trying to build things that last. The area around Sy No. 85/1/2 is changing fast, and we are glad to be part of that change. Most of our time is spent out on the field, so the office is mostly for the paperwork side of things. We handle the construction process from the start to the end. It's a lot of coordination. Sometimes we are working late into the evening to get the numbers right. It’s hard work, but seeing a building go up makes it worth the trouble. We just take things one day at a time here in Gottigere.
