Our place is over in the Sigma Tech Park, right on the 8th floor of the Delta Block. We’re near Ramagondanahalli, which is out on the Varthur-Whitefield Road. Being on the 8th floor gives us a decent view of all the traffic down below, which is always moving in Whitefield. It’s a busy tech park, so there’s always a lot of energy around the building. We’ve got our office set up here to handle all kinds of property matters. It’s a bit of a trek to get up here sometimes if the elevators are full of tech workers, but we like the location. Varthur is changing so fast, and being right on the main road helps us stay connected to everything happening in this part of Bangalore. We aren't fancy people. We just focus on the work, which is mostly looking at property listings and helping folks find what they need. The office is usually cluttered with maps and site plans. It’s a practical space, not a showroom. We spend our mornings catching up on emails and our afternoons out at sites. Whitefield can be a bit overwhelming with all the new developments, but we’ve been around long enough to know where everything is. We just do our thing, day in and day out. If you’re in the Sigma Tech Park for a meeting, you might see us in the cafeteria. We’re just local people doing our jobs in the real estate world.
