This part of Rajarajeshwari Nagar is actually quite nice and green compared to other spots. We’ve been based here in Bangalore for a while. Our office is just a regular building, nothing that stands out too much from the street. We’re engineers, so our desks are usually covered in drawings, pens, and half-empty coffee cups. It’s a bit of a mess, but we know where everything is. Being in Rajarajeshwari Nagar means we aren't stuck in the middle of the city's worst traffic, which is a big relief. Most of us live nearby, so the commute isn't too bad. We do a lot of technical work that requires a lot of focus. It’s mostly just sitting in front of screens or looking at site plans all afternoon. We don’t have a marketing team or a fancy sales pitch. People usually hear about us through word of mouth or seeing our name on a site somewhere. The Karnataka weather keeps things interesting, especially when it rains and we have to worry about the site visits. We just try to get the job done right so we can go home on time.
