We are over at Psi Plaza on the 3rd floor. If you’re looking for us on Sarjapur Road, we’re right opposite the ICICI Bank and just behind Swastik Hospital in T.C. Halli. Pleasure Spaces Properties Private Limited is based in a busy part of town where the traffic never really seems to stop. Being on the third floor helps a little with the noise, but you can still hear the honking. Our office is a simple one. We have some chairs for visitors and desks for the staff, and that’s about it. We don't spend money on fancy art or expensive lighting. We’d rather just get the work done. The area is convenient because everything we need is right there, from the bank to places to eat. Sometimes it’s a struggle to find a spot for a scooter or car because it’s so crowded, but we make it work. Most of our day is spent dealing with the local property scene, which means lots of phone calls and checking on different sites. We aren't here to give you a sales pitch. We just go about our business in a way that makes sense to us. It’s a busy, cramped, but functional space. We know our neighbors in the building and the guys at the tea stall downstairs. It’s a real, everyday kind of office for people who just want to do their jobs without any unnecessary fuss.
